I am an E-Commerce Specialist. While working on different accounts. I have noticed that most of the Amazon FBA sellers didn't know, Amazon can make costly mistakes which are decreasing their profit for which they owe them money, It is difficult to keep track of all the shipments and reimbursed, we will do it for you. The most of the FBA Warehouse mistakes included:
- Items which are received by warehouse but not showing in Available
- Lost items in FBA Warehouse
- Damaged Items in FBA Warehouse
- Extra charged by FBA for Pick and pack fee
- Order refunded, but the product didn't return by the Customer

Stop wasting your time. There's a time limit for opening this type of case.
Inbound cases cannot be opened after 6 months after they received. Same like
this Amazon Pick and Pack cases cannot be opened after 45 days.
