I have been stressing about an issue with a new listing for over a week and Qasim fixed it with a flat file in just a few hours! My listing was somehow flagged a 'live plant or animal product' in the back end. It is neither of those things. As a result, Amazon put an export restriction stopping customers in Canada or Mexico to be able to purchase it. I didn't think it was possible but Qasim was very quick to help with it.
